Introduction

Please read these terms carefully before using ClearlyApply.

By accessing jobs.clearlyapply.com you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What ClearlyApply is

ClearlyApply is a job aggregation platform. We index job listings from publicly available company career pages and applicant tracking systems.

We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. We do not participate in the hiring process. The employment relationship is solely between you and the employer you apply to.

2. Job listings

Job listings on ClearlyApply are sourced automatically from company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We refresh listings regularly and remove positions that are no longer active in the source system.

However we cannot control or verify the intent behind a job posting. Companies may keep roles open longer than necessary, post positions without an immediate opening, or list roles that already have an internal candidate in mind. This is a reality of the job market that affects every job platform equally and is outside our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Whether a company is actively hiring for a listed role
  • The content of job descriptions
  • Hiring decisions made by employers
  • The accuracy of salary information shown on listings
  • How long a company chooses to keep a role publicly listed

We recommend applying promptly to roles that interest you and verifying directly with the employer if you have doubts about whether a position is genuinely open.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate information when creating your account

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions
  • Use another person's account
  • Share your credentials with others

4. Employer accounts

Employers claiming a company profile must:

  • Use a valid work email address matching their company domain
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about their company
  • Not post misleading benefits, perks, or compensation information
  • Not use the platform in any way that unlawfully discriminates against candidates

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or revoke employer profiles that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Company reviews

Reviews submitted on ClearlyApply must:

  • Be based on genuine personal experience
  • Not be defamatory or knowingly false
  • Not contain personally identifying information about colleagues or managers
  • Not contain confidential company information or trade secrets

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion. We are not liable for the content of reviews submitted by users.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download job listings or any other data from ClearlyApply by automated means
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, bot detection, or any other security measures
  • Use the service to collect contact information for unsolicited outreach or spam
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
  • Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

The ClearlyApply name, logo, and platform design are our property and may not be used without permission.

Job description content belongs to the respective employers who created it. We display it to facilitate job search.

Content you submit — such as reviews and notes — remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for as long as your account is active.

8. Third party links

ClearlyApply links to external company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of those external sites.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
  • Job listings are accurate, current, or complete
  • The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearlyApply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or €100 — which for most users will be zero as the service is free.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where ClearlyApply operates.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
